Congratulations to Coach Witty! It is always inspiring to see someone follow their passion and excel!
I will share this with my mother as she is a graduate of Ben Davis.
Center Grove has contributed so many good people who have done so many good things. Thanks for sharing this accomplishment.
Do you remember the line in "Hoosiers" ...."let's win it for all the little schools"....that's how I felt when Steve and Ben Davis won the State Basketball Tournament. I'm sure
Steve remembers what a thrill we thought it would be back in 1965 to be playing in Hinkle Fieldhouse for the State Championship. I was cheering from home for Steve when he and Ben Davis won the State Championship....I felt like we had finally made it!!
By the way, I cry every time I watch "Hoosiers"; just the music can set me off....HAH!!
