World Indicators

Twodogs once made a comment in passing that went something like:
"You can tell how the economy is doing by watching the number of semi trucks using our roads."
And that's true.
We live half a mile from the railroad line that runs from Chicago to New Orleans, and I think the same can be said about railroad traffic.

Lately I've been noticing how TV advertising is focused. Watch for yourself.
As we "Boomers" age the ads are devoted to arthritis, blood pressure, blood sugar, erectile dysfunction, and post-heart attack life.

We used to be part of "The Pepsi Generation".
Now? We just need to know how to thoroughly clean our CPAP machines.
