Anybody still see Vandy on a regular basis? He might get a kick out of watching this Blog site evolve. He might even like to contribute! Wouldn't that be great!
No doubt he could tell us "the rest of the story" to the ones we only knew the "headlines". Mr and Mrs C could probably fill-in a few blank spots too.

I will try to see Vandy soon. I will make sure he is aware of this blog forum and of the influence that he has had on all of our lives. I hope that I am not asked to explain what a Blog is, though. I'm not sure I know myself... I do like what I see, though. Thanks to PurpleTabby and Greybeard for 'Vandy's Kids' and more. I agree that Mr. and Mrs. C. could fill in a few blanks. They, too, hold a spot high on my list of "People who influenced my life". We kind of grew up with those two. Fresh out of college, but, a whole lot smarter than us. Some very good guidance up and down the line from the both of them. Very dedicated to CG then and now.. It was a different time 40 years ago - But, wasn't it great!!!!
