Let's see, the first one is an Oklahoman who moved to California eating angry grapes. And then he got lost getting the mail.
The second is a little girl who grew up busy household and spent her spare time studying plastic surgery, syrupy music and cowboys
The third was a dancer with a bad allergy but was good at detecting criminal activity in affluent communities. He was also a poor marksman.

I like your descriptions, PT, but I read that HF was born in NE not OK.
On the last guy, I had to think for a minute on the "bad allergy", then I remembered he almost died from the aluminum dust on Wizard of Oz and had to be replaced as the Tin Man.

About Mr. Fonda, you are correct that he was from Nebraska but in the Grapes of Wrath he was an Okie.
His sister was still in Nebraska when I lived in Omaha. At that time my last name was the same as hers. She was married to a wealthy man and owned a decorating business that only a few people could afford.
About the 10th time, I received a phone call meant for her, I came very close to NOT telling them they had the wrong number.
I smile every time I think of the fun I could have had decorating fancy houses with my garage-sale – junk- store house make-over skills
