The view from the balcony. The lovely white beach sands and the condos that were under construction. Brings back memories of the guy that was waiting on his ride to pick him up after working on these condos. He was setting outside under the sign and a beauty walked by in very little clothing. He did 3 or 4 double takes. David & I set o the balcony and david kept saying "he's going to look one more time" and sure enough, he did. It was so funny to hear David predict his actions and immediately the guy responded to David's predictions.
This if off-topic but I didn't see any post about the flooding in Indiana. My brother and sister-in-law (who are also Vandy's Kids) were forced out of their house in Martinsville. A boat had to come rescue them and they are now refugees.
INDIANAPOLIS, June 7 (UPI) -- Rivers across the Midwest surged Saturday as heavy rains brought flash floods to the region.
Two interstate highways in Indiana, I-70 and I-65, were closed because of flooding, the Indianapolis Star reported. A state trooper said I-70 appeared to have been washed out in one flooded area. In Indianapolis, authorities used city buses and boats to get residents of one neighborhood out of harm's way. In Iowa City, the Iowa River rose. City officials warned residents to prepare for flooding at least as bad as in 1993, the Cedar Rapids Gazette said. In Vigo County, in southwestern Indiana, West Terre Haute was almost cut off by flood water, WTWO-TV reported. The National Weather Service said rivers in southern Indiana might crest at levels not seen since 1913 -- and could break records.
Thanks for that A. I read your post after I had commented above. Last year it was drought conditions over much of the country. This year tornadoes and flooding in much of the Midwest. Hope your loved ones come through this with as little damage as possible.

The Beach Pagoda, the view from the balcony, Pompano Joe's. Who is singing the songs? Not quite Jimmy Buffet/like style. Maybe better! I like it..
