Class of 66 news

The Class of 66 held its 45th Reunion last week end. We started with a tour of the school (Impressive!) and football game on Friday night (CG lost). Jeff and Connie Surface hosted a really nice patio party on Saturday afternoon and the grand finale was a dinner get together at the Southern Dunes Country Club that night. Over half of our surviving classmates showed up and a good time was had by all.

For anyone interested in seeing what the younger crowd looks like now, pictures are posted here:

More pictures and chatter about the reunion are on the class of 66 group web site.

I have looked forward each morning to seeing what was on Vandy's Kids for years, and now nothing. That is so sad! Maybe GB needs some rest and help by his fellow classmates to have others begin writing things once in a while or delegate classmates to carry on this fine Vandy's Kids.Your class was filled with intelligence. Think about it. Vandy's Kids should not stay dormant. Mr. L

Sharon and I went down. Had a great time. It was beautiful with all the lights. Got to spend more time with old classmates and get to know them better. Did I really say old we still are young aren't we? Been a hectic time with all the holidays. I had Sharon in the hospital from Christmas night to the next Friday night. She had infection and extremly sick. Doing better now just weak. Hope all are doing good. Love to here from some more old folks to make sure everyone doing good. See ya later. Top Cat
